Here at Edward Mitoma, DDS, we accept all forms of out-of-pocket payments, as well as CareCredit® and PPO dental insurance plans, to help you get the care you need. However, our dentist and team in Livermore, California, currently do not work with plans that require you to see a specific doctor to use your benefits, generally known as a directive plan or DHMO. We also require payment in full at the time of service to cover your dental expenses.
