• Avoid clenching and grinding. Bruxism affects many adults, but it can do serious damage to your teeth and especially your dental veneers. Talk to our dentist if you are worried about grinding or clenching affecting your dental veneers.
• Schedule regular checkups. We always recommend visiting with our dentist and team every six months, but this is especially helping in monintoring your dental veneers or other dental restorations. Be sure to keep up with your regular appointments with us to ensure your full oral health.
